Rodney Perry is Managing Director, Canada at Xaxis. As Managing Director, Rodney is responsible for building a team of seasoned digital marketing professionals to provide best-of-breed audience planning solutions to a roster of top clients from GroupM agencies.
With over 13 years' experience in the digital and interactive space, Rodney has seen both sides of the business. He's been client-side while running HBC.com and Rogers.com, and agency-side at OMD Digital and MEC Interaction.
Immediately prior to joining Xaxis, Rodney was Vice President of Canadian operations for CCAB, a division of BPA Worldwide. In this role, he managed the Canadian operations of CCAB and drove the global digital strategy for BPA Worldwide. Before working at CCAB, Rodney was the Managing Partner of the Toronto office of MEC Interaction. During his tenure, the MECi team saw a billings increase of 200% with head count doubling. Clients included Ford, Molson, and Ontario Tourism.
Rodney holds a marketing management diploma from Lambton College. He has discussed digital marketing on a variety of TV and radio shows as well as at various interactive events. In-depth knowledge of the digital and emerging marketplaces coupled with a traditional business background helps Rodney drive innovative programs that hit the bottom line for clients.
